About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate Manager to join our sales and customer success team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving growth through strategic account management and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome new customers into our ecosystem and educate them on how best to work with us.
  • Set up new customers in our systems and ensure all stakeholders are informed throughout the delivery process.
  • Take customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate to the back office resolver group, retaining ownership of resolution and communication.
  • Educate customers about our systems, tools, and processes.
  • Act as a point of escalation and resolution for existing processes that fail to deliver.
  • Manage sales and contract renewals.
  • Support the measurement of customer happiness and drive customer satisfaction upwards.
  • Support sales colleagues to prioritize and prospect for new customers.
  • Support sales colleagues to create smart account and service development plans for existing customers.
  • Coordinate pricing, quoting, and ordering activities to ensure speed and accuracy.
  • Create clean orders to meet customer needs for new orders and modifications to existing services.

Requirements

This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a proven track record in addressing customer needs and concerns. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in another European language considered a valuable asset. Strong language skills enable effective communication with a diverse customer base.
