Job DescriptionWe seek an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily communication and briefings between department heads, monitoring official correspondence, and assisting with secretarial tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and excellent customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily communication and briefings between department heads
- Monitor all official correspondence and quotations sent out by the department
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager and Outlet Managers with their secretarial tasks
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
