**The Role**

As a Restaurant Manager at Vida Plena, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high service standards. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Operational Excellence & Guest Satisfaction**: Maintain high service standards, address guest feedback promptly, and oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures.
  • **Team Leadership & Staff Development**: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to work cohesively, implement training programs, and foster a culture of respect and teamwork.
  • **Financial & Budget Management**: Develop and manage budgets, optimize labor costs, and adjust spending based on operational needs to enhance profitability.
