Job Description
As our new Head of Commercial, you will play a key role in driving our commercial vision, from strategic planning to execution. You will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive growth, expand market share, and build a strong presence across pet food, aquafeed, and human food markets. This includes shaping our sales strategy and operations, focusing on acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and meeting/exceeding revenue targets in all target markets.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies, closely collaborating with the CEO and other business units.
  • Accelerate business development by identifying and forging strategic partnerships, securing high-impact opportunities, and establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Direct the sales strategy and operations, focusing on acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and meeting/exceeding revenue targets in all target markets.
  • Support with strategic marketing by continuously gathering and analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine strategies and optimize performance across commercial functions.
  • Manage product portfolio from concept to market, initiating and guiding product development from a commercial perspective, ensuring alignment with market needs and business strategy.
