**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Portugal. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive excellent technical support and have a seamless experience on the Partner Center Platform.
**Key Responsibilities**
- SUPPORT DELIVERIES
- WORK WITH CUSTOMERS TO RESOLVE TECHNICAL CUSTOMER ISSUES ON THE PARTNER CENTER PLATFORM
- DETERMINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT PAIN AREAS WHILE WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS
- PROVIDE FEEDBACK AND DETAILS TO TECHNICAL ADVISORS AND PG TEAMS
- Achieve the CPEteam goals and the time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors
- Maintain technical skills through ongoing readiness and platform training
- Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud
**What You'll Need**
- Fluency in English (minimum B2)
- Customer service experience (in a technical support environment is a plus)
- Troubleshooting mindset is also a plus
