Job DescriptionWe're seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our Shared Service Center (SSC) in Portugal, Lisbon. As an HR Operations Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our People Experience transformation, driving operational excellence through technology, automation, and consistency across all regions.
You'll manage the Employee Lifecycle processes, providing assistance and guidance to employees and managers on policies, processes, systems, and tools. Your attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of work at an exceptional standard will be key to success.
- Manage competing priorities to meet KPIs, SLAs, and stakeholder needs;
- Administer employee data and documents ensuring accurate people data and compliance;
- Deliver a great employee experience with high levels of service, accuracy, and timeliness;
In addition to your day-to-day activities, you'll assist in the People Experience transformation and have the opportunity to participate in projects while continuously looking to improve the People Experience function.
