We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our team at Forvia. As a key member of our Talent Hub, you will play a vital role in identifying and recruiting top talent to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Source and screen prospective talent on social networks and through other channels to identify top candidates for our open positions.
- Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.
- Manage pre-selection processes to provide the best-qualified candidates to our Recruiters for further interviews.
- Assist Recruiters with selection interviews and provide support with candidate communication and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a robust and active candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels, including ATS, social networks, job boards, and campus management.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
