Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and drive our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a crucial role in contributing to our mission of making container shipping easier.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Cargofive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound prospecting activities such as cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities
  • Setting up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives
  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives for next steps
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Conducting a comprehensive search, qualification, and outreach process to identify and connect with new prospects (global market, focus on European market)
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Professional proficiency in English
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales with SaaS products
  • Ability to work within European time zones
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to work
  • Fluent in other languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish (a plus)
  • Experience with sales tools (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Sales Nav) (a plus)
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a commission structure. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with flexible working hours and remote work options.
