Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that transport operators comply with passenger rights regulations enforced by National Enforcement Bodies (NEB) in various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with lawyers, legal officers, and NEB representatives to resolve passenger rights issues.
  • Collaborate with transport operators to ensure they adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Handle claims and disputes efficiently, following proper processes to prevent escalation.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding client identities and sensitive information.

What You'll Need: To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A strong understanding of passenger rights regulations and experience working with NEB is essential. As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will also need to stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and provide guidance to transport operators accordingly.

Benefits: As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
