The RoleAs a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract top talent. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to ensure that we have the right people in place to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment plans that meet business needs;
- Source and recruit high-quality candidates;
- Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish;
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve recruitment goals.
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas;
- At least 2 years of experience in HR areas, mainly recruitment;
- Fluent in English, with any additional language being a great plus, especially Spanish;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
