Luxury Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Bar Operations Manager to join our team at Six Senses Douro Valley. This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxury hotel setting, overseeing the operations of the bar department and ensuring exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities- To oversee the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring exceptional product and service within brand operating standards.
- To inspect condition and cleanliness of menus and wine lists, and ensure all guests are greeted courteously and attentively.
- To be familiar with preparation, ingredients, and presentation of all drinks offered in menus, and to work closely with the team to maintain high standards of service.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field, plus two or more years' experience in a similar role, including management experience.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are preferred.
- The ability to possess the relevant work visas to work in the EU.

Salary and BenefitsOur estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
