As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end invitation process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of event information to participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invitation Management: Develop and execute invitation strategies, manage response tracking, and coordinate logistics data collection.
  • Participants Management: Oversee participant engagement, provide regular updates to the Project Manager and/or Business Focal Point, and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Support the Business Owner of the Event Management Tool: Offer technical expertise, maintain access controls, facilitate tool adoption, and develop user documentation.
