**Job Description**
We seek an Onboarding Manager professional to ensure exceptional client experiences by combining strong knowledge of our solutions with problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about technological solutions, demonstrate excellent customer orientation, and possess a proactive mentality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers in completing their account setup and implementation, utilizing extensive knowledge of our product to guide them towards successful launch.
- Ensure smooth adoption of our products, monitoring both technical and non-technical aspects of the first interactions between customers and our products, and providing input to facilitate a polished experience.
- Solve customer problems in a timely manner, remaining vigilant for any inconveniences during the initial stages of product usage and providing solutions with critical speed.
- Enhance user engagement through educational materials and contextual onboarding flows, providing a tailored experience for each customer, ensuring optimal adjustment between their specific needs and our software capabilities.
- Collect and act on customer feedback, transforming inputs into actionable bullet points to further enhance our operations where needed.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles (Customer Onboarding, Client Onboarding, Customer Success, etc).
- Experience in the mobility sector (e.g., Car Rental) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Keen interest in technological solutions.
