We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to help our clients achieve maximum value from our product. In this role, you will oversee a significant portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth across multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Executive roles, with a proven track record of success. They should be familiar with technical and/or SaaS products, able to understand and articulate complex concepts.

Key responsibilities include creating and implementing customer success plans, improving product usage through strategic consultation and enablement, forecasting renewals, and assessing account risk levels. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with the account management team to negotiate and secure renewals and expansions.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required. The successful candidate will possess outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
