Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our Western Europe Corporate, External and Legal Affairs Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to our Leadership Team members, interact with suppliers, and manage calendars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Leadership Team members, including calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Interact with suppliers, set up new ones, and raise purchase orders
  • Prepare drafts of standard statements of work and sponsorship agreements
  • Take care of invoicing issues and delays
  • Draft short articles on company initiatives
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, as Executive Assistant, Administrative or Team Assistant in a corporate environment or multinational company
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, additional language skills are more than welcome
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, be proactive, precise, and flexible
