Salary


The salary for this Customer Support position is estimated at €30,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus attractive bonuses and benefits.



Job Description


We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email, providing active listening and empathy, and supporting and managing customer issues.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To excel in this role, you should have:



  • Native or near-native German language skills
  • A good level of written and spoken English (B2-C1)
  • Excellent oral and written communication and argumentation skills
  • Proactive, dynamic, and motivated attitude
