We are a leading recruitment agency specializing in cross-border talent acquisition, seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist fluent in German to join our team in Lisbon. Job Summary


This full-time position involves providing top-notch customer service through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to helping customers succeed.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Address customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide expert assistance to customers regarding products and services, leveraging knowledge to enhance their experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless collaboration with the team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and identify areas for growth
  • Evaluate and escalate critical issues when necessary, guaranteeing prompt resolutions


Qualifications:


The successful candidate will be a native German speaker with excellent communication skills, proficiency in English (a plus), and previous experience in customer support or a contact center (desired but not mandatory). Strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and ability to work independently as part of a team are essential qualities for this role.

Work Schedule:


This full-time position requires immediate availability, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday, between 7 AM and 11 PM. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate diverse needs and ensure high-quality customer service.
