Job Description:
OverviewWe are looking for a Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills to handle all incoming customer requests by phone, email, and chat. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for managing pending situations, including exchanges, complaints, and returns. You will also register all requests/changes indicated by the client in our system.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and good understanding of English (B2 Level)
- Good computer and internet skills
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and team spirit
- Client-oriented attitude with a knack for helping others
- Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations
