**Job Description**
We are looking for a motivated, passionate, high-energy Customer Support Specialist to join our customer-facing team. As the first point of contact for valued customers, you will provide exemplary customer support and deliver outstanding customer experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions.
- Assist customers in navigating our products, services, and online platforms.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide product information and benefits to potential customers, converting inquiries into sales and passing them on to the respective department.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow through, and have a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ease to work with.
- Sense of urgency.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using sales-related software.
