Talent Trail is looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer support function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, chat, and email.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and resolve cases efficiently to ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction while representing Talent Trail as a major brand.
  • Develop and sustain strong, professional relationships with partners, always showing empathy.
  • Work towards achieving targets set by both the client and the company.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary: 957€ x 14.
  • A meal allowance: 7,00€ per workday (approx. 154€ net/month) paid in meal card.
  • A 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal.
