We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team at TN Portugal. As a Customer Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support through multiple channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to account creation, verification, logins, payments, and other challenges
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, particularly those in the sports sector
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Built and maintain strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication
  • Ensure all support interactions align with company policies and service standards
  • Suggest process enhancements to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish (C2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
