As a Customer Support Professional at Tn Portugal, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and empathetic support to customers, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries
  • Provide support and direction to customers
  • Resolve customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database
  • Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training
  • Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish (Native)
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
  • Typing Speed: 25 words per minute
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • Previous experience or contact with clients
  • Good listening and empathy skills
  • Team spirit and flexibility
