Job Overview

Tn Portugal, a multilingual recruitment company, is seeking a talented Customer Support Agent to join their team. This role involves handling inbound calls and emails from bank clients, resolving issues related to ID, T-PIN, and Postbank app setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, and transactions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Native-level Portuguese speaker with fluency in English (B2)
  • Experience in customer care is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Good understanding of computer handling skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research and identify relevant information
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
