You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless operation of critical machinery across various sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for key accounts, understanding their unique challenges and business objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Success, Engineering, and Implementations teams in a fast-paced environment
- Translate customer feedback into actionable enhancement requests, articulating business value and problem statements
- Maintain strong relationships with OEM customer Planner teams through regular, proactive communication
- Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting complex issues and delivering innovative solutions
- Implement proactive account management strategies to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and prevent potential issues
