At Adecco HR, we are seeking a seasoned Customer Success and Upsell Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through strategic cross-selling and upselling.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess up to 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-focused role. Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Dynamics 365, is also essential. A Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
We are looking for a highly analytical and quick-to-learn individual with sharp communication abilities. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Portuguese and have solid knowledge and experience in sales techniques.
Responsibilities- Drive customer retention by ensuring high renewal rates and identifying at-risk accounts;
- Provide specialized support and proactive guidance to meet client needs and expectations;
- Boost new business revenue through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies;
We offer a contract with Adecco HR, including a base salary, meal card, hybrid regime, and flexible hours. You will work collaboratively with our team, demonstrating ambition and teamwork.
