Grow-Talent.com is seeking a French speaking Customer Onboarding and Success Manager to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, partner enablement, and customer success teams.

Position: Customer Onboarding and Success Manager

Type: Hybrid from Dublin (3/2)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

We are looking for a skilled professional to develop and maintain strong partner relationships within their designated territory. This role requires managing accounts directly to consistently surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Key responsibilities include analyzing data to uncover strategic opportunities and implementing data-driven strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Onboard new suppliers within the assigned region while staying well-versed in technical integrations with software partners to offer effective support to clients.

The ideal candidate will have native or fluent French language skills (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. They must also have 1-2 years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales.

Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing goals and targets is essential. Experience with online marketplaces or SaaS platforms is a plus. The successful candidate will be proficient in CRM software, particularly in managing leads and opportunities.

They should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data to drive informed decision-making.
