Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative to establish and expand our customer support operations team. As a vital part of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can handle high volumes of live chat and incoming emails with accuracy and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive information and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Supporting other business units with customer liaison and accurately documenting customer requests
  • Managing complaints and providing solutions within the designated timeframe
  • Exceeding customer expectations by going above and beyond to engage customers

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high level of honesty and integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They must also be able to work under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing situations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree or higher
  • Fluent Portuguese language skills, with advanced English proficiency
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in finance or e-commerce
  • Outstanding new graduates are welcome to apply
