Your Role

In this position, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of events, from large-scale conferences and trade shows to intimate VIP dinners and online webinars, with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
  2. Plan and execute all event logistics, including venue sourcing, registration, hotel accommodations, catering, A/V, entertainment, and onsite staff management.
  3. Manage all third-party vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
  4. Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and analyze trends for improvement.
  5. Identify and develop innovative sponsorship opportunities and packages to maximize revenue streams.
  6. Conceptualize and execute creative event formats that attract high-value attendees and sponsors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience planning and executing successful events, including large-scale conferences, trade shows, and corporate events.
  • Proven success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of event marketing and demand generation strategies.
