The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with boutiques at all levels, working closely with our commercial team and Farfetch colleagues worldwide
  • Engage and maintain boutique participation in our partnership program, driving profitable results
  • Stay up-to-date on each boutique's status, seasonal plans, and future growth opportunities

You will be responsible for managing each boutique through strategic planning and tactical actions, ensuring offline and online sales align with product deliveries and commercial performance. You will also negotiate markdowns with boutiques, plan promotional activities, and review monthly performance metrics.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of commercial experience in retail, brand, or wholesale environments
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with various stakeholders
  • Experience with sales techniques, analytics, and data tools like Excel
