The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Administrator to join our team in Lisbon. This role will be responsible for handling inbound calls, allocating emails, and processing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients and brokers with inquiries, providing information on insurance products and coverage to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of policies and related documents to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Apply strong organization and time management skills to efficiently handle tasks and meet KPIs and SLAs.
Person Specification:
- Proficient level of German and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and determine effective solutions.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers.
- Staying up-to-date with company products, services, and policies through training sessions.
