About the Role
Our platform is designed to predict, prevent, and treat pain, with a focus on delivering high engagement and strong clinical outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive member acquisition and treatment outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and its roadmap, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Break down complex product goals into measurable, actionable product KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps that improve KPIs and drive business impact.
- Deliver high-impact experiments that drive meaningful results and inform product decisions.
You'll Thrive in This Role If:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, growth, or a related field.
- You are a growth expert who can build and deploy smart tests to drive scalable growth.
- You have a proven track record of rapid execution, showcasing your ability to achieve excellence quickly.
- You are an analytical thinker who can make data-informed decisions and use key analysis tools to drive product development.
- You are a resourceful and adaptable individual who can achieve significant results even in resource-constrained environments.
