Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Portugal. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and booking demos with qualified clients in the UK for our Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interact with prospects via telephone, email, and social media
  2. Meet or exceed daily call quotas
  3. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities (inbound and outbound)
  4. Engage and create interest in our solution
  5. Schedule demos with Business Development Managers
  6. Analyze and improve personal results to enhance KPIs

Requirements:

  1. Highly communicative and enjoy interacting in a multicultural environment

  4. Excited about continuously learning
  5. Focused on metrics to achieve goals
  6. Strong and professional communication skills - written, verbal, presentation
  7. Available to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Nice-to-Haves:

  1. Previous BDR experience with outbound prospection
  2. Minimum of 6 months experience in sales
  3. Previous experience in a SaaS company
  4. Hospitality industry knowledge
