The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our Sales team in Lisbon. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your territory. Your primary goal will be to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by pursuing new opportunities and selling Rydoo's solutions.

You will identify and research territories to formalize a go-to-market strategy. Develop pipelines through a combination of increasing productivity of sales developers, personal high-level business development, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence.

Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement. Assist in increasing productivity across your territory, engaging with prospect organizations to position Rydoo's solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.

Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.

Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation. Accurately forecast monthly revenues and deliver results.

About You

We're looking for a natural sales hunter with 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive within a SaaS industry. You should possess excellent social skills, being a dynamic presence. A positive and upbeat attitude is essential. Proficiency in English (C1 level) is required. Knowledge of additional languages such as German, Dutch, French, or Spanish is an asset.
