Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from opportunity qualification to negotiation, including product demos.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Achieve monthly targets
- Cultivate strong relationships with directors of SMEs to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Work closely with functional consultants to qualify and follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
