Main Responsibilities:
- Develop change management strategies and plans using the Prosci methodology to meet objectives on time and on budget.
- Anticipate impacts on stakeholder groups and assess ADKAR progress to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
- Communicate change impacts and devise engagement strategies to maximize utilization and proficiency of changes affecting employees.
- Support project teams on change management, enabling leaders to fulfill their roles in driving business results.
- Drive faster adoption and broader utilization of changes affecting employees.
This role requires frequent travel and geographical mobility.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Successful implementation of change management strategies and plans.
- Improved ADKAR progress and adoption rates.
- Enhanced employee utilization and proficiency of changes.
- Increased business results driven by effective change management.
