About the Role
We are seeking a Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at Phiture. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies for our hotel properties.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Manage and maintain software programs contributing to room revenue management
- Support operational departments with staffing requirements and increase efficiency by providing occupancy trends
- Oversee internal up-selling programs for Front Office and Reservations
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed

What We Offer

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
