About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to our car fleet, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Finance Management: Coordinate with finance companies to open and close leasing processes, handle transactions, and ensure timely payments.
- Car Transport Logistics: Schedule and manage activities with car transport companies, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of vehicles.
- Insurance Administration: Manage insurance policies, monitor due dates, renew policies, and recover money from insurance companies as needed.
- Leasing and Contract Management: Archive and manage leasing contracts, prepare documentation for selling and buying cars, and maintain accurate records.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluent English and Portuguese language skills
- Passion for cars and logistics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics or a related field
