As a German-speaking customer service representative for a leading holiday platform, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our team is dedicated to providing seamless booking processes for our clients, and we're looking for a skilled professional to join us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with managing their bookings, queries, and requests via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our holiday offers.
  • Manage and respond to customer requests efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.
  • A valid Portuguese work permit.
  • The ability to adapt to changes with a positive mindset.
  • Motivation and commitment to performing tasks effectively.
