Holiday Platform Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and fluent German speaker to join our dynamic team in Lisbon as a Customer Service Representative. As part of our leading holiday platform, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our German-speaking clients.

About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English
- A valid Portuguese work permit (required)
- Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes with a positive mindset
- Motivation and commitment to perform assigned tasks effectively

- Full-time schedule: Monday-Sunday, 8:00-20:00 (40 hours/week)
- Gross monthly salary: €1375 + €300 loyalty bonus every 3 months + €3000 signing bonus + performance bonus of €120 from the 4th full month
