About the RoleThe ideal candidate should have fluency in French and a good command of English, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for reviewing user feedback, investigating app issues, and solving problems via phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to clients via multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
- Review user feedback and investigate app-related issues
- Solve complex problems efficiently and effectively
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in French and a good command of English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A flexible attitude and ability to adapt in a changing environment
We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 per annum, as well as a relocation bonus of Euro 2000 for successful candidates relocating to Lisbon from outside Portugal. Other benefits include assistance finding accommodation, training opportunities, a monthly language bonus, lunch vouchers, free tea/coffee and water, and working in an international office in Lisbon.
