Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Expert to join our team at GrabJobs.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for managing claims related to supplier deliveries, ensuring timely and effective resolution. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in logistics, claims management, or similar roles within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Claim Management: Manage claims related to supplier deliveries, ensuring timely and effective resolution;
  2. Communication with Suppliers: Establish direct communication with suppliers to align on corrective and preventive actions;
  3. Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance with a focus on quality and on-time delivery;
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain updated records and reports on incidents and resolution statuses;
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as Production and Quality, to ensure efficient logistics processes;
  6. Meeting Participation: Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align expectations and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Previous Experience: Previous experience in logistics, claims management, or similar roles within the automotive industry;
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written), essential for international supplier communication;
  3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
  4. Knowledge of Tools: Knowledge of claims management tools or ERP systems is a plus (e.g., SAP);
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
