We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist with Dutch language skills to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients who own a premium membership of a streaming platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via various channels (telephone, email, and chat) to ensure their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide solutions and alternatives to customer complaints, adhering to time limits and company policies.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating them to senior representatives when necessary.
- Collaborate with other specialists to solve or properly close help tickets.
- Document each action taken and categorize cases and possible bugs for our engineering team to address.
- Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
- Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
