About the Role
As a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Advisor at Multilingual Jobs Worldwide, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support to clients around the world. With a strong passion for technology and a native level of Dutch, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer requests and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets
- Manage an individual ticket queue and follow the direction of management
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a native level of Dutch, excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and the ability to simplify technical language for non-technical users. They will also be patient, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
