About the Role

As a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Advisor at Multilingual Jobs Worldwide, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support to clients around the world. With a strong passion for technology and a native level of Dutch, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to inbound customer requests and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  2. Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels
  3. Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets
  4. Manage an individual ticket queue and follow the direction of management

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a native level of Dutch, excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and the ability to simplify technical language for non-technical users. They will also be patient, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
