Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries related to product information, order status, and account management, resolving issues in a timely and personalized manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer concerns. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills. Proficient in English (B2 level or higher). Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Comfortable working with different technologies and systems.
