Bei WorkMotion spielst du als Junior Account Executive eine zentrale Rolle im Herzen unseres Vertriebsteams. Dein Ziel ist es, den Schweizer Markt zu erobern und unsere Vision mit überzeugender Leidenschaft zu kommunizieren.
Als Marktentwickler bist du für den vollständigen Sales Cycle verantwortlich. Du generierst einen Teil deiner Pipeline selbst durch konstante Outbound-Efforts und Networking. Du verstehst das Business und die Herausforderungen neuer Kunden und baust eine langfristige und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit auf.
Dieser Job bietet dir die Möglichkeit, deine Fähigkeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld einzusetzen. Du kümmerst dich um die täglich anfallenden Anfragen deiner Kunden und stellst eine effektive Implementierung und Integration unserer Softwarelösungen sicher. Du erreicht permanent deine Quartalsumsatz-Ziele durch erfolgreiche Kundenbindung und Ausbau des Kundennetzwerks.
Weiterhin solltest du in der Lage sein, deine Ergebnisse regelmäßig zu dokumentieren und transparent zu kommunizieren. Im Idealfall kannst du bereits Erfahrung in diesem Bereich nachweisen und erste Kontakte im schweizerischen Markt besitzen. Als qualifizierter Junior Account Executive bei WorkMotion erhältst du eine attraktive Grundlage und findest Zugang zu Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten sowie finanzieller Förderung. Die geschätzte Nettovergütung für diese Position liegt bei 80'000 CHF pro Jahr (je nach individuellen Erfolgen).
