We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team at Toptalent. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional customer service to small and medium-sized businesses using various communication channels.
About the Role:
- Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products.
- Improve the advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, and guiding users on the platform.
- Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Polish, both oral and written.
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
- Knowledge of the advertisement industry is considered an advantage.
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resourceful personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
- Able to work independently while being a team player.
