Bounce is a fast-paced and scrappy team that believes experimentation fuels innovation. We move quickly, testing new ideas and adapting in real-time to achieve our mission of making the world a lighter, more accessible place.
We're looking for a highly collaborative Senior Designer to drive the improvement of our customer acquisition strategies. This role requires excellent stakeholder management and strong visual design skills to enhance our marketing website and uncover new opportunities to boost conversions, engagement, and awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design initiatives to optimize the marketing website for improved customer acquisition and conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Engineering, and Product to align design strategies with business goals
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to ensure design solutions meet both customer needs and business objectives

- Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing your work
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities
