Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in driving revenue growth for our enterprise ed tech solutions, you'll play a vital role in expanding our global footprint and making a lasting impact in the education industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and secure new clients, employing strategic sales tactics to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline from A to Z, ensuring seamless delivery of our innovative solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the unique benefits of our solutions, addressing client pain points and driving successful outcomes.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the enterprise ed tech sales landscape.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, securing mutually beneficial agreements and contributing to overall sales success.


Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  1. A proven track record of success as a Sales Executive selling mid-market and enterprise software, ideally to the education sector.
  2. Demonstrated achievement in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trust and rapport with clients.
  4. Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  6. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  7. A native level of English is mandatory.
