Customer Support Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand, providing support and assistance to our German-speaking customers across various ecommerce platforms. Your role will be essential in fostering lasting relationships with our valued clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, addressing concerns and providing solutions with empathy and professionalism.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.
Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary, to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
