**Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced NOC Engineer (Front Office Engineer) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working autonomously. This role will be located in Lisbon, where you will collaborate with our talented team of experts.

Responsibilities

  • First / Second Tier Support: Provide timely support for failures on platforms / services, following established procedures, to minimize impact on end customers.
  • Internal / External Requests: Address support requests via agreed processes and interfaces.
  • Incident Management: Evaluate complex incidents and escalate them to third level support teams and partners as necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation, configurations, and procedures to ensure effective system operation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Facing teams, such as Customer Services and Service Delivery Managers.
  • Tech Crisis Management: Participate in Technical crisis management, Incident room activation, and closure.

Requirements

Technical Requirements :

  • Degree in Telecom Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in CORE / RAN network troubleshooting using SS7, MAP, SIP, CAP, ISUP, DIAMETER, and other protocols.
  • Familiarity with IoT ecosystem is a plus.
  • Ability to manage complex network, service, and system-related incidents.
  • Proficient in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to work in 24 / 7 shifts.
